A co-founder of Raha - hybrid digital Bank, Quantum Partners, a Venture Capital & Private Equity Firm & also Group CEO of Browncon Group Limited, an Int. conglomerate, operating in (Nigeria, Ghana, and Malawi) with over 7 major subsidiaries & and AUM (approx. $3.5million), the group has key interest in Real Estate, Consulting, Export, Agriculture, Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, Fintech, Commodity trading, Banking & Finance. After recently acquiring a CBN licensed Microfinance bank, Samuel is now focusing on building Africa's first Green Climate Finance Bank.

Before launching his various businesses, Samuel worked on projects with the World Bank & various USAID Projects, National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Preston Healthcare Consulting Limited, a public health research organization, and at SURE-P Maternal and Child Health, a $400 million special intervention program established by the Government of Nigeria to combat the country’s high maternal mortality rate.

Asiru L. Abayomi holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agro Economics (1991) from the University of Ibadan. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Management and the Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria.

Abayomi is a seasoned Accountant and Auditor who worked with reputable Audit firms in Nigeria with over 15 years audit experience gained at KPMG Audit (Now Akintola Williams Deloitte & Co) and Muhtari Dangana & Co. He has been involved in the audit of many Banks, Government parastatals (such as NNPC, PHN etc), Pension Funds Administrators, United Nations Assignments and other private institutions.

Asiru Abayomi has over 14 years pension industry experience where he has worked as a Compliance Officer, head of Administration & HR, Head Internal Audit & Risk and currently Heads the Finance department of Tangerine APT Pension Funds Managers LTD, in Abuja. Abayomi has acquired series of training and workshops within and outside Nigeria on Leadership, Accounting and Pension matter

Tiemowei Ifie, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Strategic management and project finance expert.

He has over 12 years of experience, managing projects, providing strategic leadership and management consulting for organisations in the Non-Governmental Organisation and Development sector, Education sector and Small and Medium scale businesses in different sectors.

He has an MSc in Engineering Project Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom and is currently running his Doctoral degree (PhD) in the same University of Leeds.

His focus is on Policies, Strategies and the Financing, Design, and Implementation of Projects in Africa. He also has a certificate in Strategic Leadership and Change from London School of Business and Finance, Executive Education Program.

Tiemo is a strategic thinker, skilled at developing strategic goals for Organisations, and designing and implementing projects that align with such goals. He currently live in the United Kingdom.
